Patient recruitment

Patient recruitment

Patient recruitment will take place on several levels: Most patients will be identified in our specialized outpatient departments and will be informed about ongoing clinical trials. Moreover, inpatients are regularly screened for eligibility during ward rounds, and we cooperate with local resident specialists who will refer patients interested in study participation to our Study Center for Clinical Trials in Mental Disorders (SPE).

Information material provided by the sponsor is displayed on the specialized inpatient departments; moreover, all studies are presented in an easily understandable way on our website.

All employees of our facility are updated regarding ongoing or soon-to-be initiated studies on a regular basis, are provided with pocket information cards regarding study-specific requirements such as in- and exclusion criteria, and have intranet access where all study-related material is digitally filed.
